Refund policy

Returns

Because our products are food and herbal items, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed packs in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a pack is damaged, leaking, expired or not what you ordered, email us at hello@rehmanipk.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@rehmanipk.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will confirm the return and share the return address.
  3. Send the unopened item back. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partly used packs
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us. Once shipped, the return terms above apply.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
