Where we deliver

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Delivery charges

Orders under PKR 2,500: PKR 250 flat delivery charge
Orders of PKR 2,500 or more: FREE delivery

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from Lahore. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or weather.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please enter your full address and a working mobile number so the courier can reach you. If you need to correct your address, email us as soon as possible and we can update it before dispatch.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@rehmanipk.shop and we will sort it out with the courier, including a replacement or refund where applicable (see our Refund Policy).
